From proven semantic infrastructure to AI that reasons — not just retrieves. We help enterprises build the ontologies, knowledge graphs and grounded-AI foundations that make data and AI trustworthy, interoperable and useful.
Beyond RAG — AI that reasons over knowledge, not just retrieves it.
The problem
Enterprises don't fail at AI because the models are weak — but because their data has no shared, machine-readable meaning underneath it.
GenAI pilots hallucinate and can't be traced. Retrieval finds text — it doesn't understand what's true.
Business units can't align on meaning. Data products exist but don't connect across domains.
Ontology and knowledge-graph initiatives get stuck between prototype and adoption.
What we do
A clear ladder — from an easy first diagnostic to a long-term semantic architecture partner.
A focused diagnostic that maps your data/AI landscape, finds the semantic bottlenecks and produces a prioritized roadmap.
Know where to start — and what matters most.
Design the ontology-first knowledge architecture for a concrete domain — modeled, modular and actually implementable.
A semantic model that can be built and governed.
Make AI systems explainable and correct through ontology-backed retrieval, provenance and graph-enhanced context.
AI that's grounded, traceable and useful.
Turn fragmented metadata and siloed models into reusable, interoperable data foundations across domains.
Interoperable, reusable, governed data.
Senior semantic, graph and grounded-AI guidance for leadership teams and internal initiatives — without a full-time hire.
Expert direction, on tap.
Start with a short conversation. We'll tell you honestly whether semantics is your bottleneck — and what we'd do first.

Semantification stands on two things: enterprise open-source systems our founder initiated at Bayer, and the neurosymbolic products we build today.
Initiated by our founder at Bayer. Open-source enterprise systems — the pedigree behind our work, not Semantification products.
An enterprise-grade linked-data catalog and persistent-identifier system — FAIR metadata at organizational scale, on open W3C standards.
Makes federated enterprise knowledge graphs explorable and usable — bridging knowledge engineers and data consumers.
Open-source lab artifacts — demonstrators we build in the open, not enterprise products.
An open-source demonstrator for Apache Jena Fuseki: interactive RDF graph and VOWL ontology views plus a lightweight ontology modeler. A lab artifact we build in the open — explore it, not a productized offering.

The throughline
It started on 06.06.06, with a diploma thesis titled “Agent-based policy system for network assisted mobility management.” Software agents, two decades before the world rediscovered them.
The idea then was simple and ahead of its time: give agents a shared, machine-readable language — ontologies — so they could understand each other and collaborate. The ecosystem wasn't ready yet.
Now the circle is closing. Reasoning, not retrieval.
Twenty years of research-grade semantics and enterprise delivery now converge in one company: the bridge from proven semantic infrastructure to AI you can actually trust.
